Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your My Venue subscription at any time. We've made it simple and transparent to give you full control over your subscription.

1. How to Cancel

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your My Venue account and visiting the Billing or Subscription section.
  • Alternatively, you can email our support team at sales@my-venue.com to request cancellation assistance.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • After that period, your access to My Venue and its features will be automatically revoked unless you renew the subscription.

3. No Proration or Partial Refunds

We do not provide refunds or partial credits for mid-month cancellations. You'll retain access until your billing period ends.

4. Data Retention Post-Cancellation

  • Your data will be retained for up to 90 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate your subscription and continue from where you left off.
  • After 90 days, we may permanently delete your data from our servers unless legally required to retain it.
